If you are having trouble placing an order, please contact us and we will assist you as best we can with a suitable solution.
If you place an order and do not hear from us in the next 24 hours (public holidays and weekends excluded), Please CONTACT Ann immediatly!
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
As soon as we receive payment, we will send you your tracking number. If payment is received before 9:00 in the morning, the parcel will be posted the same day. When payment is received after 9:00, the parcel will be posted the following day.
It will also not be our responsibility to contact the courier regarding late orders or any other enquire should the matter arise. Please understand that we have no control over the courier service and it will be best to contact them directly.
The above only applies to orders in South Africa.
Prices listed in the catalog are subject to change without prior notice. Items are subject to availability. Although we do our absolute best to keep the website up to date, there may be times when items shown on the website, are out of stock.
Also keep in mind that although we try to keep the photo's as true as possible, actual colour may differ slightly because of different monitor settings. Please note that the photos are not life size.
If we agree to exchange the items you've purchased, you will be held responsible for the postage as well as a 15% handling fee.
If you receive a faulty or broken item, we should be contacted within 48 hours of you receiving your parcel. The items should then be send back to us and we will give you credit for the amount less postage. Postage will be for your account.
NO CREDIT OR EXCHANGE will even be considered after 48 hours of you receiving your parcel!
