SALE NOT COMPLETE (UNPAID CANCELLED ORDERS)
By submitting your order to us, you are entering into a legally binding agreement. You cannot withdraw your order, unless agreed to by us. If you have two sale not complete orders (orders cancelled or not paid) we could either refuse to pack any further orders received from you OR we will require a deposit of R100-00 before we agree to pack any further orders. This deposit will be subtracted from the total due on your order. If you don't fulfil the legal agreement and pay for your order, you will forfeit the R100-00 (no refund). We require payment of order within 2 days of placing the order.
SECOND HAND SEWING PATTERNS
There is no guarantee that patterns pieces, which are already cut, will be complete.
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
As soon as we receive payment, we will send you your tracking number. If payment is received before 10:00 in the morning, the parcel will be posted the same day. When payment is received after 10:00, the parcel will be posted the following day.
The above only applies to orders in South Africa.
Prices listed in the catalog are subject to change without prior notice. Items are subject to availability. Although we do our absolute best to keep the website up to date, there may be times when items shown on the website, are out of stock.
Also keep in mind that although we try to keep the photo's as true as possible, actual colour may differ slightly because of different monitor settings. Please note that the photos are not life size.
If we agree to exchange the items you've purchased, you will be held responsible for the postage as well as a 15% handling fee. We DON'T give cash refunds.
If you receive a faulty or broken item, we should be contacted within 48 hours of you receiving your parcel. The items should then be send back to us and we will give you credit for the amount. We DON'T give cash refunds. Postage will be for your account.
NO CREDIT OR EXCHANGE will even be considered after 48 hours of you receiving your parcel!
